Navigation Shortcuts

Ticket Management Shortcuts

Manage tickets faster with these shortcuts:

N	Create new ticket
O	Change ticket status
I	Assign ticket to me
U	Unassign ticket
Z	Undo last action
↑ / ↓	Navigate ticket list

Advanced Tips

Command Palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K): The fastest way to find any feature. Start typing to search.
Quick Filters: Use Alt + number keys (1-5) in tables to apply quick filters.
Bulk Actions: Select multiple items with Shift + Click, then press a shortcut to act on all selected items.
Customization: Go to Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts to customize or disable shortcuts for your team.

Platform-Specific Notes

Mac Users: Use Cmd instead of Ctrl in all shortcuts above.

Linux Users: Use Ctrl for all shortcuts. If Ctrl conflicts with your window manager, you can customize this in Settings.
