How much does Aerie OS cost per month?
Aerie OS uses a platform fee plus per-technician pricing. Starter starts at £499/month platform fee plus £299/tech/month (minimum 2 technicians). Annual billing saves 15%.
Are there any per-endpoint or hidden fees?
No. Aerie OS charges per technician only. All modules, unlimited endpoints, and unlimited clients are included in every plan. No per-endpoint fees, no paid add-ons.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly billing has no lock-in — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual billing offers a 15% discount and can be cancelled at renewal.
What is included in every Aerie OS plan?
Every plan includes PSA with SLA engine, RMM with live monitoring, Smart Dispatch, Client Portal, Credential Vault, Wiki and Auto-Documentation, and the Data Migration Wizard. Professional adds CRM, vCIO, Security, Network, Print and Inventory modules.
